What method do you use to clean carpets?
Royal Steam only uses the Hot Water Extraction method, aka "Steam Cleaning". The is the only method that is recommended by carpet manufactures, and will not void your warranty.
How long will it take for my carpet to dry?
Average drying time is 4-6 hours.
How often should I have my carpet cleaned?
For average usage, we recommend having your carpets cleaned every 12 months. For heavy traffic areas combined with kids or pets, 6-9 months may be appropriate. If you want less frequent professional carpet cleaning, then we recommend frequent vacuuming with a high quality vacuum combined with Scotchgard stain protection.
How long does it take to clean my carpets
We can clean 3-4 rooms in about an hour.
Do you clean during the evenings or on weekends?
We understand that your time is important, and we'll work with your schedule, whether that means 6pm Tuesday night, or Sunday afternoon.
